She was predeceased by: her parents, Delia Griffin Wilder (Griffin) and Sharper Phelps; her siblings, Enomia McDougal and Lemons Phelps; her son Bradford Phelps; and her former husband Walter Peakes, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Sandra E. Phelps and Lamar R. Peakes (Laura). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special lifelong friends.
