He is survived by: his parents, Dianne Perkins and Sherri Jester; his children, Phoenix Hunter, Brianna O'Hara, Gabby Jimenez, Jalen Winger, Issac Reed and Devin O'Hara; his grandchildren, Skyelyn, Zion, Devin, Jr., Zayne and Jerrison; his siblings, Penny Stratton (Eric), Dianne Lewis (Bruce), Matthew Foulk, Jeremiah and Xavier Perkins; and his close friend Tina O'Hara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
