He was predeceased by: his parents, Teodoro Santana Ortiz and Eudilua Rodriquez Freytes; and his siblings, Carmen Santana, Justo and Serapio Santana.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Santana (Galloway); his son Jeremy Kwist (Ashley) of South Bend; and his siblings, Juaquina Alana of Puerto Rico, Juana Margo of Puerto Rico, Teresa Antonia of Puerto Rico, Minerva Santana of Puerto Rico and Ramon Santana of Niles, MI.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
