It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith A. Cook of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Daniels and Philomeen "Thelma" Daniels (VanVlasselaer); her husband Gerald Cook; and her siblings, Edna Barrett and Norman Daniels.

She is survived by : her daughter Sheri Cook; and her brother James Daniels (Betty) of Missouri. She is also survived by grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
