She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara, Boodie, Ham Meredith, Frances "Fannie" Ellen Ham Schmuhl, Richard "Dick" Ham and James "Jim" Ham; her daughter Shelly Lynn Phillips; her grandchildren, Brandon, Michelle, Tahnee, Johnnie, Dillon, Cody and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Carter, Adelynn, Isabelle, Briar, Rose, Caiden, Breana, Audriana, Evelyn and Foster; Cheryl.
