He was predeceased by: his father Tom Christensen. He is survived by: his significant other Jodie Alexander; his mother Suzanne Christensen (Tom); his sisters, Jennifer Bell (Kenneth), Elizabeth Castillo (Joseph) and Katherine Hodgson (David); his nieces and nephews, Vera Castillo, Garrett Hodgson, Frederick Castillo and Alice Hodgson; and his friends, Ed Everett, Tom Gajda, John Knight and Tim Lawson.
