He was predeceased by: his father Michael G. McIntyre; and his grandfather Joseph Palkowitch. He is survived by: his mother Debra L. McIntyre (Burnham); his brother Kristopher M. McIntyre (Nichole) of Elkhart; his sibling's children, Teanna McIntyre and Tyler Lehner; and his grandmother Audrey Palkowitch.
