She is survived by: her sisters, Susan Lapkiewicz (George Yahle) of South Bend, IN and Cheryl Lapkiewicz of South Bend, IN; her nieces, Kelsey Klopenstein (Thomas) and Krista Kruszewski; her nephew Braden Kruszewski; her great-niece Maia Klopenstein of South Bend, IN; and her father Thomas Lapkiewicz of South Bend, IN. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
