She was predeceased by: her brother Stephen G. Bernath. She is survived by: her sons, Tom Hootman (Amy) and John Vandygriff (Kristi); her grandchildren, Kati, David and Jeffrey; and her siblings, Mary Ann Dettor (Don) and John Bernath.
