He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Keith and Christine Kovach Keith (Lukasiak); his siblings, Kevin Kovach, Jaqueline Hagedorn and Karen Kovach; and his brother-in-law Thomas Hagedorn.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sharry Bruster; and his siblings, Charles Kovach (Katrina) and Christine Kovach.
