It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Jo Gallagher of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Welsheimer North (17033 Cleveland Rd, South Bend, IN 46635). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
