He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Milliken,; his son Dominick "DJ" Milliken; his grandson Dominic; his sister Janice Scherpereel; and his brother-in-law Bo Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Traci Milliken (Stanley Aaron Morris) of Rutherfordton, NC, Christina Milliken (Eric Niyibizi) of South Bend and Erin Milliken-Phillips (Ray) of South Bend; his stepsons, Matthew Villa (Jessica) of South Bend, Adam Villa of South Bend and Justin Villa of South Bend; his grandchildren, Zachary, Ryan, Cayden, Molly, Luke, Nolan and Reagan; his great grandchild Finnigan Michael; and his siblings, Jeanette Miller of South Bend and Terry Milliken (Chris) of South Bend. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
