He was predeceased by: his father Gary Smous; and his father-in-law Robert "Bob" Kinas. He is survived by: his mother Sally Smous (Snyder) of South Bend; his children, Cortney Bella (John) of South Bend and Derrick Smous (Brooke) of South Bend; his grandchildren, Brayden, Presley, Wrigley Smous, Payton and Kara Bella; his mother-in-law Nora Ann Kinas of South Bend; and his siblings, Diane VanScoik (John) of Crawfordsville, FL and Jeff Smous of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Kenneth J. Smous may be donated to St. Joseph County 4-H Fair, 5117 S. Ironwood Road, South Bend, IN 46614.
