He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Todd and Catherine Ortman Todd; his close friend Norma Jean Dale; and his brother Robert Todd. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Rose Seggerman Todd; his daughter Penny Bishop (David) of South Bend; his brother Marion Todd of North Carolina; and his caregiver Laura.
