He was predeceased by: his father Keith J White; his stepfathers, William Gatzemeyer and Donald Miller; his grandparents, Claud, Betty White, Marvin, Jean Flaugh and Elizabeth Twyford; his uncle Kerry White; and his stepbrothers, Shane Erickson and Will Erickson.
He is survived by: his children, Adrienne Elizabeth, Kylie Jean, Karsen Thomas of Omaha, NE and Brett Christensen of Wallace, NE; his grandchildren, Nicole, Austin and Carter; his children, Kaleb White, Jacy Millsap of Seneca, NE and Kurtis Dawson of Newman Grove, NE; his grandchildren, Kasen and Krew; his mother Suzanne Miller (Flaugh) of Wayne, NE; his stepmother Monica "Rusty" White of Louisiana; his sisters, Stacy Connealy of Oakland, NE, Michelle (Eric Juhl) and Tanya (Scott Brogren); and his stepsiblings, Todd Gatzemeyer of Rosalie, NE, Troy Gatzemeyer of Rosalie, NE, Shelly, Gavin Gralheer of Pender, NE, Rhonda Throener of Oakland, NE, Amy and Matthew Dickson of Louisiana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
