He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Owens and Alice Owens (Jones); his granddaughter Savannah; his great grandchild Mateo; and his siblings, Kay and Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Owens of South Bend; his children, Angela Vanoppens (Christopher) of Chicago and William David Owens (Desiree) of Valparaiso; his grandchildren, Julian, Zoya, Joseph, Arianna, Elijah, Maya, Mason and Rylee; and his siblings, Karla, Kenny, Kent and Kirk.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Kevin may be donated to Palmer Funeral Home, 3718 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46614 to assist Carolyn with funeral expenses.
