She is survived by: her parents, Michele Heath of South Bend and John Heath, Jr. of Michigan City; her grandfathers, Bill White (late Marlene J.) of Mishawaka and Bernard Honkomp of Macy, IN; her siblings, Shemberly Heath of South Bend, Casey Heath of Michigan City, Calvin Haff of Niles, MI. and John Heath, III of Niles, MI.; and her siblings' children, Annalynn, Emma, Alexander, Ja'Sean and Caleb. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and extended family.
