She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gollnick and Ruth E. Gollnick (Rensberger); and her siblings, Alzada Rice and Paul Gollnick. She is survived by: her former husband Donald H Lord, Jr.; her spouse Dale A. Miller; and her children, Yolanda Blouin (Peter) of West Peabody, Patricia Brochin (Mark) of Washington, Indiana, Donald H. Lord, III (Marilyn) of Greenfield and Richard C. Lord (Rose) of South Bend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of LaFerne Lord Miller may be offered to Resurrection Lutheran Academy, 6840 Nimtz Pkwy, South Bend, IN 46628.
