He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Stefaniak (Klimek) and Theodore Stefaniak; and his brother Gary Stefaniak. He is survived by: his former wife Beth Tharp; his children, Britney Stefaniak (Mary), Matthew Stefaniak (Heather) and Sarah Thompson (Adam); his grandchildren, Nikolas, Koby, Lukas, Evan, Jillian, Colin, Benjamin, Gavin and Caleb; and his sister Sally Marlephansakul.
