He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Hostetler (Joe) and Loretta Hostetler; and his sisters, Sandra, Darlene and Jacquelene.
He is survived by: his son Nicholas.
He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 360, the American Legion Post 161, the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as the National Coach's Strength and Conditioning Association.
