He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Kubsch and Helen J. Kubsch (Graybarz); his daughter Stacy M. Kubsch; and his siblings, Karen Laros and Johnnie Kubsch.

He is survived by: his sons, Joseph, Mitchell, Larry and Wayne Kubsch; and his siblings, Sharon Leedy (Ray), Pamela McCarty (Don) and David Kubsch (Sue). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
