He was predeceased by: his father Dallas L. Bennett. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Bennett (Fuchs) of Lakeville; his children, Samantha Bennett of Sevierville, TN and Jay Bennett of Sevierville, TN; his close friend Gloria Pittman of Plymouth; his sister Lori Wallace (Neal) of Plymouth; his nephews, Nicholas Wallace (Chas), Zachary Wallace (Rachel) and Daniel Wallace (Nichole); and the mother of his children Jessica White of Sevierville, TN..

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Lee A. Bennett may be donated to Hospice House, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46544.
