Hayes; his children, Cynthia Wenzel (Scott) of South Bend, IN, Rebecca Nichols (Jeremy) of South Bend, IN, Christopher Kaczmarek of South Bend, IN, Jerome Kaczmarek (Lea) of Plymouth, IN, Matthew Kaczmarek (Danielle) of Mishawaka, IN and Patrick Kaczmarek of South Bend, IN; his sibling's children, Lisa Stahl of Mishawaka, IN, Erica Campbell of Mishawaka, IN, Shelly McLean of South Bend, IN, Derrek Stahl of South Bend, IN, Scott Ricks of South Bend, IN and Robert Newman of South Bend, IN; and his grandchildren, Jason, Owen, Justin, Jake, Henry, Ben and Amelia.
