She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Higdon and Daisy Higdon (Fillenwarth). She is survived by: her husband Charles "Larry" Bennett; her children, Janet Smith (Jim) of DeWitt, Karon Cassingham (Rob) of Las Vegas and Carol Brooks (Ross) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Amber Dobbrastine (Adam), Nathan Smith (Jessica), Russell Smith, Dan Cason (Amber), Cyle Cason (Brenda), Christopher Cason, Ryan Brooks and Christine Brooks; her sisters, Joan Godfrey (Mike) of Lakeville and Janelle Miller (Steve) of South Bend; her sister-in-law Linda Higdon of South Bend; her brother Ronald Higdon; and her great grandchild Elena Dobbrastine.
