She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul, Sr. McBride and Carol McBride (Karn); her in-laws, Vera Hoover and Hulbert Colwell III; and her nephew Peter McBride.
She is survived by: her husband Hulbert Colwell, IV (H. C.); her daughters, Tina Riley (Don), Sherry Bickel (Mark) and Tonya Colwell; her brother Paul, Jr. McBride (Marcia); and her grandchildren, Madeline Gruber, Ethan Bickel and Logan Bickel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Crest Manor Church of the Brethren (1342 Brookshire Dr., South Bend). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Southlawn Cemetery (61430 US-31, South Bend, IN 46614).
