She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert T. Hensley and Margaret E. Hensley (Noens); and her siblings, Frank, Karen and Johnny Hensley.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Medina and Joseph Holstead; her grandchildren, Alonzo Medina II (Erica) of South Bend, Breanna Medina of South Bend, Sienna Pigee (Kyndall) of South Bend and Joshua Medina (Shylee) of South Bend; and her siblings, Hubert Hensley Jr. of Farmersburg and Betty Eaglebarger of Walkerton, Indiana..
In her memory, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society to further research for breast cancer.
