She is survived by: her husband Dan Koontz; her children, Lori Duda, John Duda (Kathy) and Paul Duda (Lisa); her stepchildren, Jamie Evangelisti (Chris), Carrie Gaines (Aaron) and Katie Koontz; her grandchildren, Eric, Alex, Steven, Molly, Gabrielle, Britney, Chris, Alison and Anna; and her brother Michael Blough.
