She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William and Pauline Szymanski (Kot). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Vanderbosch (John) and Jon Wawrzyniak (Linda) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Erin Oshesky (Andrew), Chad Vanderbosch (Emily), Jordan Dooley (Matthew) and Nicolas Wawrzyniak (Allie); her brother James Szymanski (Claudia) of The Woodlands, TX; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Noah, Shepherd and Bosch. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Multiple Sclerosis Society or the I.U.P.U.I. Transplant Hospital.
