She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Gamble and Kate Gamble (Johnson); her husband Willis Dale Shoemaker; and her sister Gwen Heynssens. She is survived by: her children, Linda Devore (Harlan) of Fayetteville, NC, Kathy Allen (Thomas) of Sarasota, FL and Larry Shoemaker (Diane) of South Bend; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Devore, Amanda Shumaker (Bryan), Christine Mangum (Kevin), Amy Ashe (Chris), Andrew Allen (Jenny), Kaitlyn Shoemaker and Benjamin Shoemaker; and her nephew Paul Heynssens. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
