She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Scott and Grace Catherine Scott (Simmons); her spouse Rozell Newbill; her grandchildren, Tonya E. Newbill, Terry Newbill and Desi Arnez, Jr.; her siblings, Joyce Mitchell, Betty Malone, Ollie Scott, Kenneth Scott and Robert Scott; and her daughter-in-law Doris Stanfford-Newbill.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Mae Newbill-Hosea (Lonnie) of South Bend, IN, Bobby Newbill (Debra) of South Bend, IN, Roseletha Newbill of South Bend, IN, Desi Arnez Newbill (Patricia) of Sunset, Rozell Newbill Jr. of South Bend, IN, Angelo Newbill (Rubystine) of Huntersville, NC, Tony Newbill of Carson, CA, Michelle T. Newbill of South Bend, IN and Cecelia Faith Newbill of South Bend, IN; and her siblings, Donald Betty Scott of Madison, IL, Edna Mae Ester of South Bend, IN, Cagee Daniels of Detroit, MI and Carl Daniel of Osceola, IN. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and 70 plus great-grandchildren.
