Leszczynski (Claudette), Louise Janowiak (Richard) and Lucy Gadacz (Sal); and her brother-in-law Chester Gadacz.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Stefaniak (Claire) and Tom Stefaniak; her grandsons, Bradley Stefaniak (Taylor), Patrick Stefaniak and Scott Stefaniak; her sister Evelyn Gadacz; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Hock and Rita Leszczynski; and her close friend Alice Toth.
