He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Horvath and Mary Horvath (Stitsworth); his wife Marjorie Rininger; his siblings, Francis Horvath, Carl Horvath and Marjorie Ellen Friedorsdorf; and his son Stephen Horvath.

He is survived by: his children, Debra Bianchi (Raymond), Kirk Horvath (Melanie), Candace Huff, Deanna Fields (Garry) and Michael Horvath (Sherre); his daughter-in-law Lillian Horvath; and his brother Robert Horvath. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Lung Association in honor of Marvin D. Horvath.
