She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgin Lesniewicz and Bernadine Lesniewicz (Sopczynski); her husband Matthew Jackowiak; and her sister Patricia Ryback. She is survived by: her children, Linda Kloentrup (Kevin) of Florence, Lori Finefrock (James) of Fishers, Michael Jackowiak (Sara) of Elkhart and Lisa Jackowiak of South Bend; her grandchildren, Sarah Camm (Doug), Maggie Martak (Derek), Maddi Hanes (Vincent), Ryan Jackowiak, Kaitlyn Finefrock, Danielle Finefrock and Samuel Finefrock; and her great grandchild Evelyn Camm.
