She was predeceased by: her parents, Val Hepler and Mary Hepler; her husband Bob Hevel; her son Tom Richey; her grandson Matt Leathers; and her siblings, Lorraine Richey and Bob Hepler.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Leathers of South Bend, Indiana, Janell Meuleman (Roger) of South Bend, Indiana and Jack Richey (Pam) of South Bend, Indiana. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
