Melissa Lynn Applegate Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Lynn Applegate of South Bend, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Luchowski and Rebecca Luchowski; and her father-in-law William Applegate. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Applegate; her mother-in-law Sharon Applegate; her children, Tyler Michalski, Chad Applegate (Jessica), Jamie Linter (Josh), Austin Applegate and Kaitlyn Applegate; and her siblings, Kimmy Stachurski (David) and James Luchowski. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
