He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ness; his son Brandon Ness (Janet); his granddaughter Ellie Ness; his sister Susan Rook (Steven); his nieces, Ashley Krueger-Rook (Melisa) and Alison Balmer (Billy); his great-nieces, ReKiyia Krueger-Rook and Kennedy Balmer; his great-nephew Kyrie Krueger-Rook; his brothers-in-law, Ray Ness (Nue) and Daryl Ness (Tarrie); his sibling's children, Pat Ness, SueRea Ness, Angel Ness, Amber Rasler (Clint), Rufus Ness and Darrick Ness; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Monique Berrigan, Mava Moore, Payton Rasler, Kessle Rasler and Abe Nevarez; Vincent Edelen and Astrid Edelen.
