He is survived by: his father Thaddeus Kotowski (Linda); his spouse Stephenie; his children, Austin Michael, Kaley Rae (Dana), Ryleigh Ann (William) and Addison Reese; his grandchildren, Willow Rae, Aason Michael, Catherine Marie and Phillip James; his sisters-in-law, Lori Gillespe (Kristof), Nita Sieradzki (Jeff), Julie Gay (Rodney), Shari Lubinski (Tim) and Becky Zumbrun; his stepsiblings, Melissa, Marcy Glon and David Glon; his nephew Steven Jr. (Ariel); and his close friends, Jeff, Kyler Holloway and Davon.
