He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his sons, Jerry and Michael Jr.; his father Jerry Miller; his brother Robert Miller (Bob); his pet Rex of South Bend; his sister Terri John (Drew) of Collegeville, PA; and his siblings' children, Nicole Miller, Andrew, Matthew John and Alexandria Czar.
