The passing of Michael Olmstead (South Bend, Indiana) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 72. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Olmstead and Muriel Olmstead (Boggs); and his siblings, Kathleen Quick, David Olmstead, William Olmstead and Thomas Olmstead.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Olmstead; his children, Tonya Annis, Misty Caenepeel (Zac), Christy Browning (Matt) and Lonny Annis (Michelle); and his sister Susan Olmstead. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (805 S 29th St, South Bend, IN 46615). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Riverview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 805 S 29th Street, South Bend, IN 46615.
