He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Gilbert and Marie Sally Gullion (McKenzie); his stepmother Gladys L. Gullion; his brothers, Bill Gullion Sr. and Norvin Gullion; his daughter Dee Ann Gullion; and his nephew Billy Gullion Jr..

He is survived by: his daughters, Toni Marie Reding of Lexington, KY, Karen Harrington (Don) of New Carlisle, IN, Kim Denny of Osceola, IN and Krista Toth of Chicago, IL; his granddaughter Heather Gullion; and his stepsister Linda LaFountain (Mike) of Scottsburg, IN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; his 14 great-grandchildren.
