She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edwin "Ted" and Lois Louise Helmreich (Ralph "Dean" Neal). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Norman Forrest; her sister Louanne Rogerson (Helmreich); her children, Teresa Ellen "Terri" Neal, Dena Ann Thomas (Gary), Edwin Dean "Ted" Neal, Lisa Kay Edwards (Bill), Linda Lee Bontrager (Warren) and Ralph Dean Neal II (Kim); and her stepchildren, Robin Wray Singer (Jim) and Michael Norman Forrest (Susan). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
