She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Spencer and Mary Ann Spencer (Tirotta); and her sisters, Mary Ann Medlin and Joan Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Patrick E. Smith, Sr.; her children, Patrick E. Smith, Jr. (Kellie) of New Carlisle and Ann M. Smith of Cassopolis, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Kylee, Krystan, Aaron, Jayda, Paige and Lance; and her sisters, Sharon Terry of South Bend and Pamela Forizs of South Bend.
