It is with sadness that the passing of Neil Rightmire in South Bend, Indiana is shared. Neil, born on January 8, 1949, passed away on October 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rightmire and Evelyn Dutterer Rightmire; and his brother Roy Rightmire. He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Rightmire and Christopher Rightmire; his brother Gary Rightmire (Karen); his sisters-in-law, Charlene Rightmire and Patricia O'Hara Gable; and his nieces and nephews, Meredith Rightmire, Melanie Rightmire Craig, Andrew Gable (Nicole), Margaret Gable Wroblewski (Ryan) and John Gable (Catalina).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (52553 N Fir Rd, Granger, IN 46530). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
