He was predeceased by: his mother Susan I. Santa-Linson. He is survived by: his father Eugene "Gene"; his fiancé Dallas Hunsberger; his daughter Melody Marie Eyster; his stepfather Brian Linson of Mishawaka; and his sister Sara Stone of Goshen. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Nick may be donated to his family for the benefit of his daughter, Melody.
