She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Perry and Maxine Perry (Horn); her son Joseph Michael; her grandchild Aubrey'ella Suarez; and her siblings, Denny, Roy and Paula.
She is survived by: her husband Leon "Mike" Cabanaw; her children, Ashley Suarez (Juan), A. J. Cabanaw and Jennifer Krueger; her grandchildren, Alexis of South Bend, Aleena Suarez of South Bend and Aiden Krueger of South Bend; and her siblings, Rodney Perry (Lesley), Debbie Heeter (Randy) and Cheryl Scott (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Cruz Family Funeral Home to assist in expenses.
