It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Douglas of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Terry and Elizabeth Terry (Eilerman); and her son Jason Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Michael Douglas; her siblings, Michael Terry (Janet) and Amy Dylewski (Gene); her sons, Stephen Douglas (Swati), Michael Douglas and Bradley Douglas (Chelsea); and her grandchildren, Shyla, Kethan and Liliana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
