It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick S Ewing of South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Ewing and Betty Jayne Ewing (Wallace). He is survived by: his wife Lori Miko; his daughters, Sara Smith (Jack), Amy Ewing and Emily Ewing; his grandchildren, Nathanial Ewing, Angelo Flores, Makenna Smith, Keaton Smith and Callen Smith; and his siblings, Myra Jo Varga, Norma Schalliol, Fayette Sheldon, Darlene Gann and Elliott Ewing.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (56405 Mayflower Rd. 46619). A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Hungarian Sacred Heart Cemetery.
