He is survived by: his sisters, Edna Blackburn (Bill) of Colorado Springs, Louella of South Bend and Angela Dilts of South Bend; his siblings' children, Dennis Parker of Jacksonville, FL and Keila; his great-nephews, Zackary, Matthew and Hunter; his great-niece Kristina; his niece Kathy Landers (Dan); his great-niece Faith; his niece Tina McGrath (Chuck); his great-nephew Kellan; his nephews, Chris Blackburn of Colorado Springs, CO and Tim Blackburn (Melanie) of Rochester, IN; his great-nieces, Amber, Kaitlan, Emily and Brittany (Jon); his aunts, Violet Dilts and Betty Kelsey; Aybrie, Savannah and Kash.
