He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Trujillo and Maria Trujillo (Morales). He is survived by: his wife Maria Luisa Trujillo (Contreras); his children, Miguel Trujillo, Kathleen Wingate, Miriam Trujillo, Edna, Gabriel Guzman-Lopez, Judith and Mariano Diaz; and his grandchildren, Clayton, Carrie, Cheyenne, Marisa, Antonia Trujillo, Mila Harbin, Adrianna, Richard Cathey, Amira Mitchell, Jasmine, Ramiro, Chase Gooden, Mario, Mirella and Joaquin Diaz. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Guisinger Chapel (3718 S Michigan St, South Bend, IN 46614). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Adalbert Catholic Church (2505 W Grace St, South Bend, IN 46619). A burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the Southlawn Cemetery (61300 US-31, South Bend, IN 46614).
