Peggy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Williams and Susie Mae Williams (Hayden); and her siblings, Sandra Parker, Eddie, Charles, Buford, David, Clarence and Leon Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Ida Parker and Cornelius Williams; her siblings, Mary Ann Adkins, Robert Williams, Alan Williams and Eldrey Williams; her nephews, Neil, Danny, Leonard Williams and Dantonyo Hines; and her close friends, Lisa Plump and Maudie Green.
